GALESBURG —
Galesburg police received a complaint from a parent who became aware her daughter was at party at which underage people were consuming alcohol from a Facebook posting the daughter made at the party.
Angela Custer, 33, was arrested at her home on Peck Street at about 2 a.m. Saturday and charged with permitting illegal consumption of alcohol at her residence.
Preston Belville, 17, and Christopher Simpson, 20, were arrested for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor and Andrew Cree, 22, was arrested and charged with resisting a peace officer. Simpson also had an outstanding Knox County warrant.
